All of our products are made to order. Please allow time for production before your order ships.

Orders are typically processed and produced within 2–7 business days before shipment.

Processing times may increase during holidays, sales, new product releases, or periods of high demand.

Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather conditions, and other factors outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email so you can monitor your shipment’s progress.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the package.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist in working with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include photos of the damaged item and packaging.
